We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order goes into production, it can’t be modified or canceled, in which case the sale is final and no refunds will be issued.

 

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason, in which case full amount will be returned. We’ll refund you within 3-5 business days via the original payment method used for the order.

Due to the custom, made to order nature of our items, we’re unable to offer exchanges or returns of items that have been embroidered, in which case the sale is final and no refunds will be issued.

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. We ship items within 7-10 business days of placing the order. We try to stay within this timeline, but some items may be delayed due to order volume, scheduled events, or other factors out of our control. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

You'll be sent a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, which will include your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

 

We offer local pickup in Shakopee, MN by appointment only. We'll reach out to you via email to schedule a pickup date and time once your order is complete.

 

For best results, wash your sweatshirt inside-out in cold water and hang to dry. This method helps prevent shrinkage, fading, and pilling. If machine drying is necessary, opt for the low tumble dry setting. Direct heat, like from an iron, can damage any customizations or designs, so it's best to avoid that. Additionally, opt for mild detergents instead of harsh ones, skip the bleach, and steer clear of fabric softeners to ensure your sweatshirt stays soft and vibrant wash after wash.

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $100 within the U.S., use code FREESHIP at checkout. For orders below $100, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Not all designs are universally compatible with every product. The embroidery area adheres to standard maximum dimensions, while the final design size depends on the logo or design, constraints of individual items, and specific customer preferences.

We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors of items. Due to the inconsistencies of various display monitors, the color you see on your screen may not be an accurate reproduction of the actual product. Screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. When placing your order, you are acknowledging this fact and waive any claim of dissatisfaction due to color.

We enjoy showing off your product and our craft to the world. We do this by taking photos and posting them online via Instagram, Snapchat, or Facebook. Please be sure to notify us if you are not comfortable with us photographing and sharing your items socially. If you do not notify us, we will assume that we have your full permission to post photos of your embroidered items online.

If we use artwork you have supplied, you are warranting that you have unrestricted rights and authority to use and distribute that artwork.

We prefer high-resolution JPEG, PDF, EPS, or Al files.
