Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), or FedEx. We ship items within 7-10 business days of placing the order. We try to stay within this timeline, but some items may be delayed due to order volume, scheduled events, or other factors out of our control. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 within the U.S. For orders below $100, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

 

CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You’ll be sent a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, which will include your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

 

LOCAL PICKUP

We offer local pickup in Shakopee, MN by appointment only. We’ll reach out to you via email to schedule a pickup date and time once your order is complete.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Heng Threads is not liable for any items damaged or lost during the shipping process. Should your order arrive damaged, kindly reach out to the shipping carrier to initiate a claim. Remember to retain all packaging materials and damaged items prior to filing your claim.

 

RETURNS

Due to the custom, made to order nature of our items, we’re unable to offer exchanges or returns of items that have been embroidered, in which case the sale is final and no refunds will be issued
